The resort tax rate of 4 percent is in effect between June 1st through Sept 31st Your total may vary on arrival by 4 percent depending on when you booked your accommodations. WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Disclaimer: OUR POOL IS ONLY OPEN FROM MAY UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER. Being built in 1988, our hotel does have some limited accessibility. There are ramps to enter the building on the West and East sides of the building. This allows for our lobby, dining room, first floor rooms, and guest laundry to be accessible. We do not have an elevator, and our suites have from 3-4 stairs to enter them. Our tubs do not have shower bars, but we do have a shower seat available for use. The property does not have braille labels for our common areas. NO PETS ALLOWED. All reservations without
a valid credit card will be cancelled at 8pm MST on the day of the
