Reservations are for a two night minimum. No-shows will be charged for the total cost of their reservation. Arrival after 10pm without prior notice constitutes a no-show. Infants (children under two years old) are not allowed unless they are part of a group that has purchased all the rooms in a hub. Please no pets. Service animals are welcome. There is no daily maid service or meal service. Please no smoking inside. You may smoke outside on the concrete patio areas. If we discover that you have smoked inside the room or house we will charge a non-refundable $500 deep cleaning fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. This will be charged to the card on file. We do not have space for extra guests so be advised about room occupancy (max 2 for deluxe and standard rooms, max 4 for suites). Cots, air mattresses, and extra bedding for additional and/or undeclared guests are not available.
