Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will result in a $250 cancel penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All deposits are nontransferable to alternate dates; however, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. BOAT SLIP CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A $250 CANCELLATION FEE. Holiday and special event reservations are non-refundable. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. FOR THE SAFETY AND PRIVACY OF OUR GUESTS, NO JET SKIS, NO ROLL WAY BEDS, NO PETS, NO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. THE CARIBBEAN RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY AND ALL RESERVATIONS AT OUR DISCRETION. BOAT DOCKAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR VESSELS UP TO 35FT FOR $3.50 PER FOOT PER DAY PLUS TAX. INCLUDES ACCESS TO BOAT RAMP, FISH CLEANING STATION, TRAILER PARKING, ICE AND WATER. BOAT SLIP AVAILABILITY MUST BE CONFIRMED AT TIME OF BOOKING. DOCK SPACE IS LIMITED.
