When making a reservation, please note anyone under the age of 17 is considered a child. We do not allow children in rooms that have just one bed in them. To cancel or change any part of your reservation, you must contact us by phone 72hrs prior to the first day of your reservation or 14 days prior if booking 3 or more rooms. Advance deposits are required when booking 3 to 5 rooms and are non refundable. There are separate cancellation guidelines for group bookings of 6 or more rooms. The maximum number of dogs is two per room. You may never leave your pet(s) alone in the room or on the balcony/patio. Dog fee is $45.00 for the first dog and $60.00 for two dogs; the fee is for the duration of your stay (not per night).
