Located one hour north of San Francisco in the heart of the Sonoma, California's Wine Country, the Brick House Bungalows is only a half block stroll from the historic Sonoma plaza, site of many fine restaurants, shops, galleries, museums & wine tasting rooms. Guests can tour, taste or picnic at over 40 wineries located in the Sonoma valley. Stay in one of our luxurious bungalows, or the historic brick house, built in 1907. Wander over 1/3 acre of gardens or sit in our beautiful courtyard and relax by our soothing fountain. Whether sipping wine by the fireplace or napping in our big hammock, the Bungalows offer a timeless country feel and a tranquil setting from which to enjoy the bounties of the northern California wine country.

The Brick House was built in 1907 in a style reminiscent of the Italian stone farmhouses of the builder's homeland. The four bungalows were gradually added over the ensuing decades. Bungalows 313 has been operating as a prime wine country vacation retreats since 1990. The property is located just one-half block from the historic Sonoma plaza. Laid out by general Mariano Vallejo in 1834, it is California's largest town plaza. Each bungalow contains its own fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette and bath. Uniquely decorated with leather couches, richly colored carpets and pillows, luxurious bed and bath linens, the emphasis is on informality, comfort, and harmonizing with the natural beauty of the Sonoma Wine Country. The Bungalows 313 offer a timeless country feel and a tranquil setting from which to explore the bounties of the northern California Wine Country.
