The Brick House was built in 1907 in a style reminiscent of the Italian stone farmhouses of the builder's homeland. The four bungalows were gradually added over the ensuing decades. Bungalows 313 has been operating as a prime wine country vacation retreats since 1990. The property is located just one-half block from the historic Sonoma plaza. Laid out by general Mariano Vallejo in 1834, it is California's largest town plaza. Each bungalow contains its own fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette and bath. Uniquely decorated with leather couches, richly colored carpets and pillows, luxurious bed and bath linens, the emphasis is on informality, comfort, and harmonizing with the natural beauty of the Sonoma Wine Country.
