The Seelys Motel is a privately owned property. The management reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s).
-I understand that all the rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the room.
MARIJUANA is strictly not allowed in the property. Some rooms are Pet Friendly; however, pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture. Any noisy pet must be removed from the premises. A cleaning charge of $500 will be assigned to the responsible registered
guest.
-I understand that the management will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewellery, or valuables of any kind on the premises. Management will not be responsible for damages to any items left in the room or vehicles. I understand that any damage to the rooms or to the property will be recovered through a charge on my account.-Any minor coming to
the motel needs to be accompanied by a guardian.
-I agree to be responsible for all charges here after. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable if the indicated person or company failed to pay for any part or full amount of these charges including any missing/damaged item etc. I agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, I will pay all reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred. If payment is by credit card, then the management of Seelys Motel is hereby authorized by me to charge my account for all charges incurred, including any and/all damages/missing items etc.
